All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email along with tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and areas within Pakistan.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities/remote areas: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Promotional offers (if any)

Occasional free shipping promotions may be available and will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Customers are requested to provide accurate contact details to avoid delays or cancellation.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items
