Turkish Boot House – Return & Exchange Policy
Turkish Boot House customers can request a return or exchange for defective or incorrect footwear purchased online, provided the item is in original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.
1. Return Requests (Defective / Wrong Item)
To register a return for a defective or wrong product, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include the Order ID and a brief description of the issue. Photos or videos of the defect may help us process your request faster.
If the claim is approved, we will offer:
- Replacement of the same item
- Exchange with another available product
- Full refund (in eligible cases)
All shipping charges for defective/wrong item returns will be covered by Turkish Boot House.
2. Exchange Requests (Size or Design Change)
If you wish to exchange your shoes due to size or design issues, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- Requested within 7 days of delivery
Customers must send the product along with the invoice to Turkish Boot House Head Office at their own expense.
Delivery charges for sending the exchanged item back to the customer will also be borne by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products purchased on Sale / Discount
- Used or damaged footwear
- Items without original box, tags, or packaging
- Customized products (if applicable)
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the case of:
- Approved defective product
- Wrong item delivered
- Product not available for replacement

5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us:

After 24 hours — or once the order has been dispatched — cancellations will not be possible.
6. International Orders
For international customers, customs duties and import taxes (if any) are not covered by Turkish Boot House.
